A fun Moana themed cake with Encanto cupcakes. Emma's mom was able to order the figurines on Amazon and have them shipped directly to me. I still marvel that it's that simple these days!
I picked up the flowers and greenery from Michael's and made some shells out of fondant. The sand is from some crushed graham crackers.
Cake: 6" 3-layer strawberry cake with one layer of lemon curd filling and one layer of strawberry filling with buttercream icing
Cupcakes: chocolate with buttercream icing
